Delivery Area
- DMV metro area.
- If we're unable to deliver to your location, we will let you know.
Delivery Fee
- Delivery is currently free. AIGO reserves the right to introduce delivery fees in the future with advance notice.
- Delivery fees, once applicable, are non-refundable after delivery has been made.
Lead Time
- Next-day delivery, subject to source availability.
- We do not deliver on Sundays — orders that would otherwise be delivered on Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
- If there is a delay, we will contact you to reschedule.
Delivery Schedule
- Delivery times are coordinated per order. Our team will contact you to arrange a delivery window.
Delivery Method
- AIGO handles all deliveries directly. We do not use third-party delivery services.
Receiving Your Order
- Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order and make payment.
- If no one is available, our driver will contact you to reschedule.
